Every deal we share is confidential. Before we send property, seller, or broker specifics, you'll sign our standard non-circumvention and confidentiality agreement by DocuSign — we review each application personally and send it once you're approved, usually within a day or two. In practice that means no contacting the seller, owner, or their employees directly, no letting on to anyone that a property is for sale, and all communication running through us. Sellers trust us with access precisely because we hold every buyer to this.

We review every application personally — no auto-approval. If you're a fit, you'll receive our non-circumvention and confidentiality agreement by DocuSign within a couple of days. Once it's signed, you're in the network for every matching deal we source.
